Working visit to the Sorbonne University

Gabriel Rochinha Morgado visited Laboratoire de Physique Theorique de la Matiere Condensee to perform research activity with the partner supervisor of the PhD program. The objective of the business trip was a laboratory visit to plan a conference and write an article with the partner supervisor of the PhD program. During this week, it was submitted an abstract for the 32nd Marian Smoluchowski Symposium on Statistical Physics taking place in Krakow, Sept. 18-21, 2019. Gabriel and his co-supervisor,  also started to write a manuscript with their preliminary results. The paper will be about the stochastic analysis of a chemical FKPP wave front in both dilute and concentrated conditions, where the emphasis is made on the velocity of the front.
