III CONIN workshop - Systems with competing electrostatic and short-range interac-tions

Carolina Cruz attended the III CONIN workshop which was organized as a part of the Horizon 2020 RISE project "Effects of confinement on inhomogeneous systems" (CONIN). The aim of the workshop was to summarize the recent progress in colloidal and amphiphilic self- assembly and in the room temperature ionic liquids, both in the bulk and in confinement, as well as in mobile ions in intercalation compounds and on solid surfaces.

Carolina had the opportunity to present progress of her PhD project. She gave a talk titled  “Electrical double layers close to ionic liquid-solvent demixing ".
